Thank you for supporting Kielpinski’s Art. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.

1. Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final.
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Prints

We accept returns or exchanges for prints only if:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • There is a printing/manufacturing defect.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damage/issue.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital displays and printed products.
These variations do not qualify as defects.

6. How to Start a Return or Replacement Request
